Why can't I apply these advices to myself, I didn't write it just for him or for her., I wrote it for all of us including myself, but I was too busy talking and couldn't understand.

How could I apply on me what I didn't understand., how could I understand what I didn't hear, how could I hear if I just wanted to be heard, maybe I should listen more if I really want to learn!

Do not fear the physical strength of he who abuse you, fear more your own mental strength at times of persecution for it could turn you into an uncontrollable harmful weapon.
